Cellar Studios is a home run recording studio now based in Stourbridge, West Midlands. It features an acoustically treated recording studio with an additional performance room to allow isolation from the studio room while recording. I am taking enquiries for April onwards as work is being carried out on the studio (photos here are from my previous Dudley based studio).

The studio is capable of recording most musical instruments, and is also able to provide equipment for most contemporary musicians if necessary, with guitar and bass amplifiers as well as a drum kit and hammer-graded digital piano on site. The studio is available for a wide range of projects ranging from recording a demo/EP, vocalists performing to karaoke style backing tracks, to full length albums/music projects.

The studio features up to date music technology software, featuring brands such as AKG, Rode, Audix, Audio-Technika, MXL, Shure, Steinberg, Slate, M-Audio, Presonus, ART, Casio, Trace Elliot, Mackie, Yamaha and is run with 15 years of experience.

The studio offers recording sessions in half or full day sessions (4 or 8 hours) at very competitive rates. I will also try to accommodate initial setup and tear down of equipment outside of recording times (within reason) in order to maximise your available time.

Mixing is also included in quoted rates and is completed outside of recording hours at no additional cost; I can also mix other studio work on request. I also provide a mastering service to your mixed tracks free of charge and can provide mixed versions or data files should the need for them arise in the future.

The studio also boasts recreational facilities for musicians who need a little time out. The control room has a 50' TV with Smart Wi-Fi and the recording room features games consoles and a MAME arcade cabinet (containing 3000+ arcade games and unlimited credits!).

There are also several supermarkets within a minutes walk of the studio and good transport links with with a train station at Stourbridge Town and bus routes stopping a minute away from a studio.

We are located on the outskirts of Stourbridge town centre. It can be easily reached by car or public transport and is within easy reach of the surrounding areas (Netherton, Blackheath, Rowley Regis, Brierley Hill, Pensnett, Wordsley, Dudley,, Halesowen, Gornal, Sedgley, Wolverhampton, Oldbury, Bearwood, Birmingham).
